Training and Development Officer

We are looking for a Training and Development Officer to play a key part in developing, implementing and delivering a training programme to the frontline team of staff and volunteers. If you have training experience, are passionate about supporting and developing individuals and interested in joining a dedicated, professional team we would love to hear from you.

You will:

• Have the ability to commit to and work within the aims, principles and policies of the  Citizens Advice service
• Have experience in supporting paid staff and volunteers with their personal development
• A good understanding of the need to monitor and evaluate the performance of staff against service delivery outputs
• The ability to plan and deliver training in a group or in a one to one capacity
• Be highly motivated with good people skills
• Have a positive and adaptable approach to a changing environment
• Have the ability to plan and organise your work
• Have good technical skills
