General Advice Services Manager

We are looking for a General Advice Services Manager to play a key role managing the day to day delivery of general advice services. If you have management experience, are passionate about supporting and developing a team of paid staff and volunteers and are interested in joining a dedicated, professional team we would love to hear from you.

You will:

• Have the ability to commit to and work within the aims, principles and policies of the  Citizens Advice service
• Have experience in managing paid staff and volunteers and support them with their personal development
• A good understanding of the need to monitor and evaluate the performance of staff against service delivery outputs
• The ability to manage the practicalities of the advice sessions across all offices
• Be highly motivated with good people skills
• Have a positive and adaptable approach to a changing environment
• Have the ability to plan and organise your work
• Have good technical skills
