Sandwell Children’s Trust are recruiting for a Business Support Officer within the Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) Service, we are looking for exceptional candidates who are passionate, committed and dedicated to improving the lives of children & young people.

MST is a evidenced researched innovative and inspiring model of service delivery which involves working with a small case load of families in an intensive, time limited intervention – making a real difference to young people and their families.

The Business support Officer will be instrumental in assisting the MST Supervisor in ensuring the smooth running of this service and in providing a high quality administrative support to the team. We are looking for someone who has experience in setting up systems and has excellent organisation, time-management and prioritisation skills.

The purpose of the post is to collect, collate, analyse and return specified data for Multi Systemic Therapy (MST) Services for on-going research and service monitoring purposes from internal and external partners.  To be responsible for the collection of the Therapist Adherence (outcomes) Measures (TAM-Rs) directly from the families.

The post will also include implementing and maintaining comprehensive administrative, financial and project support for the team.

 

 

As a Business Support Officer in MST you will have:-

  • Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Experience if working with confidential information;
  • Experience of producing accurate minutes in a timely manner;
  • Experience of collating and producing data reports;
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Experience of Microsoft applications.
