We have 93% permanency across our children’s social care management roles. We know how important this is in achieving forward thinking and progressive social work practice where children and young people experience a great consistent and responsive service and our partners have trust and confidence in us.
The social work role offer a salary of up to £41,728 plus a welcome payment of up to £3,000,* with a relocation package of up to £10,000 for eligible applicants.
We have one exciting, 12 month fixed term post in our Permanency Teams. This post will have a mixed caseload but will have a focus on working with our UASC population to support their housing needs, ensuring that their emotional wellbeing needs are met and that we are recognising and meeting cultural needs. We are a service that offers support of the highest quality to our looked after population. We are passionate about our corporate parenting responsibilities and our services are tailored to ensure that we are excellent corporate parents.
We have an extremely stable management group and want to add to our already stable work force
