Fixed Term Contract until 30 September 2021. 

The Supporting Families Against Youth Crime Programme started in April 2019, delivering support for year 6 and year 7 pupils in West Bromwich and Smethwick. The programme has been extended until 30 September 2021.

An opportunity has arisen for a case co-ordinator post to ensure the delivery of the programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to this high-profile project that has been very successful to date.

Case co-ordinators will be undertaking all aspects of the programme including delivery of sessions in schools, assessment of families, direct with children, young people and their parents/carers as necessary and liaising with mentoring organisations

Please note an Enhanced DBS with Children’s Barring List Check is required for this post. The successful candidate will require a NVQ Level 3 or above in a child, young people or families field or equivalent experience.
