HR Administration Assistant - Q3 Academy Tipton
Q3 Academy Tipton is an ambitious and rapidly improving Academy, fully committed to raising achievement for students, developing and retaining high quality staff and curriculum innovation. Our Academy's success is underpinned by a relentless focus on raising standards, developing the whole child and improving the quality of provision in every area.
We are looking for a HR Administrator who is able to support the Academy HR Department. The post is vital in providing operational, welfare, guidance and support within the Academy. You will have strong administrative and IT skills and be able to produce accurate work. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with tact and discretion within a human resources environment. You will be confident, have exceptional organisational skills and be a strong and effective team player.
Q3 Academies Trust comprises of three Academies: Q3 Academy Great Barr, Q3 Academy Langley and Q3 Academy Tipton. Each Academy has a HR Department, and you will work closely with the wider HR Team, comprising of a HR Manager, a HR Officer and HR Administrators. At Q3 Academy Tipton you will work alongside an experienced HR Officer.
