Member of our Senior Leadership Team, to start in September 2021, with responsibility for Teaching & Learning plus English.

This position will be class based in either KS1 or KS2.

This is an exciting time to join our dedicated staff in driving our school to even higher standards.

The successful candidate will:

• have proven experience in leading, supporting and inspiring others

• be an exemplary classroom practitioner who is committed to raising achievement throughout the school

• be able to motivate and lead through a teamwork approach

• uphold the positive ethos and values of the school

• have teaching experience in KS1 and KS2.

• co-ordinate strategies to achieve relevant school improvement priorities that have been identified in the school.

• evaluate and report on the effectiveness of practice in the school annually, suggesting areas and issues for further improvement.

• lead professional development in the school through example and support and co-ordinate the provision of high professional development for staff.

• build effective links with the local community, including business and industry, in order to develop the school.

• use financial and resource management innovatively and effectively.

• participate in collaboration and consortium activities.
