We are developing and implementing a new, ambitious strategy working in close partnership with health colleagues. Advanced Social Work Practitioner

Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £35,745 to £38,890
Location: County Hall
You will require a highly competent level of skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation alongside extensive knowledge of the Mental Health Act, The Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act. You will provide operational leadership to social workers & social care workers alongside providing social care expertise to the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the timely delivery of a safe and effective service, maximizing people's statutory rights. You will also provide supervision to Social Workers and Social Care Workers.
