Senior Care Assistant
Fountain Court is a 16 bedded residential unit for people with dementia.
The role includes providing leadership to a small team to provide person centred care, in order to meet individual needs of the service users, and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the needs of older people, with dementia, effective communication skills and be able to produce clear and accurate records.
The post requires Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and is subject to an enhanced adults DBS check.
