Nursery Keyworker

The Role

The Griffin Schools Trust seeks a dedicated, enthusiastic Keyworker to join our outstanding EYFS provision.

Park Lane Primary School & Nursery is a good co-educational primary school of 440 pupils in Nuneaton. Park Lane caters for children from 2 years to 11 years. A very recent OfSTED inspection graded the school as Good, with EYFS being Outstanding.

The role is 35 hours, Term Time Only (TTO, 44 Weeks).  This position is for an immediate start, fixed term until July 2022 end of 21/22 academic year initially.

•Experience of working with young children in a nursery provision
•Good standard of literacy and numeracy (both written and oral)
•Ability to engage positively and relate well to young children
•Able to effectively manage pupils’ behaviour in a positive manner with consistent clear boundaries
•Positive and co-operative team member
•Opportunities will be offered for career development
•Ability to take the initiative and to work flexibly
•Have good communication and listening skills
