Lunchtime Supervisor

• Maternity Cover until 31/08/2021                                                                                   
• 9 hours a week
• SCP 2 (actual salary = £3,875.67)
• Monday to Friday

We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual to supervise our children during lunchtime.

The successful applicants will need to:

• Collect children from class and walk to canteen
• Assist children to choose and eat healthy lunches
• Sit with the children whilst they are eating
• Model appropriate table manners
• Assist and supervise the clearing away and tidying of the eating area;
• Interact with children and encourage active play in the playground after they have eaten.
• Relate well with children of all ages and background
• Be friendly, caring, trustworthy and observant
• Act as a role model
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children during lunchtimes
• Address incidents of poor behaviour according to the school policies
• Attend to accidents using First Aid training
• Work as part of a team
• Participate in training run by the school

Previous experience of working with children and a first aid qualification would be an advantage.
