Mercia Primary Academy Trust consists of three Academies; Lark Hall Infant & Nursery, Flax Hill Junior Academy and Lakeside Primary.

Enthusiastic and talented teaching assistant required to help pupils reach their potential and to provide support to teachers throughout the school.   The role will initially be working alongside a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic Educators. 

The successful candidate should be prepared to work at any of the schools within the Multi Academy Trust however the position is initially based at Lark Hall Infant & Nursery Academy until July 2021.

All schools in the MAT have extremely high staff retention rates.
