Salary: £20,984 - £23,167
Full-Time: 35 hours
Temporary: until 31st March 2022,
We are looking for a motivated person with a strong customer service ethos to join our ICT Service Desk Team as Service Desk Support Analyst. Working on the Service Desk you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the use of ICT technologies across the Council is maximised through the timely provision of fault resolution, support, advice and guidance. You will also be required to work closely with other teams within ICT and liaise with external partners.
