Help Desk Technician

Grade 3 SCP 5-6

42.50 hours per week (job share and term time only option available)

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic MAC is looking to appoint a Help Desk Technician to its Lourdes IT Team.

This is an exciting role that places you at the heart of the IT service we provide, working in our central office.

We are looking for someone who fits our friendly, helpful and pro-active ethos and can deliver outstanding customer experience.

You may not have all the technical skills, but with a willingness to learn with us and a passion for customer service we will ensure you are supported and learn on the job.

We require our help desk to be manned from 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and are offering the option of full time, job share and term time only.
