Job Details

We are currently looking for a Care Scheduler Analyst. 

This post is fixed term for 6 months.

The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling hours and staff to meet clients need by utilising Home Support team availability
  • Working as a member of the capacity team to provide high quality service
  • Producing weekly and day to day rotas for Clients and Home Support Team
  • Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new packages
  • Managing the rostering
  • Producing daily reports

The post holder will be required to have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of rostering preferably in a care setting
  • Experience in data analysis and feedback
  • Excellent IT/Communication/Administration skills

This role requires a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent level qualifications). The successful candidate will need to complete a Standard DBS check.

Hours

37 hours per week. This will be on a working rota which will include working weekends and bank holidays.
