Redditch Borough Council is proud to be a social landlord and is looking for experienced people who are committed and passionate about ensuring that the Council’s properties are safe and well maintained and supporting tenants to achieve wellbeing, independence, and healthy lives.

These positions will create capacity for the internal Gas Team to deliver servicing of gas appliances throughout the Council’s Housing Stock whilst also delivering a breakdown and repairs service. We also carry out replacement boiler and heating installation on both a reactive and planned basis.
You will be part of a team delivering against the vision, values, aims and aspirations for housing across the Borough.
We are seeking candidates that can evidence experience of servicing, repairs or installations whilst working as part of a team however large parts of the working day will involve lone working. You will need to demonstrate an ability to work on a range of different boiler types whilst delivering excellent customer service to our tenants.
You will have a proactive approach to Health and Safety whilst delivering compliant works in accordance with all relevant regulations.
