Safeguarding Assistant, Glebefields Primary

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in communicating effectively with parents, carers and other professionals along with experience of using SIMs and safeguarding systems. We want the post holder to join our established, enthusiastic and dedicated safeguarding team and be someone who has a passion for education and keeping pupils safe.

Further training is available.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) clearance is required for this role.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role

HOURS: 20 hours a week term time only plus 5 days 

GRADE: Band C, SCP 5-8 (£19,312 p.a. - £20,493 p.a.). This is the full time salary and will be reduced according  to hours/weeks worked
