We are currently recruiting for a Planning Monitoring and Enforcement Assistant to provide enforcement support to the Development Control Team with particular emphasis on investigations into breaches of planning control and monitoring of development sites.



We are looking for a positive and flexible and motivated person. You will ideally have experience in a Local Government or other public organisation. It is critical that you can communicate in a clear and concise manner, and have experience of interpreting complex information such as legal agreements and planning legislation. You will be somebody who is organised and can work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment. You will have the ability to manage your time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
