Chief Executive Officer – The Staffordshire Schools Multi Academy Trust

Permanent, Part time (flexible 3 days per week)

Salary: £50,254 - £55,423 per annum (actual salary, based on L30 – L34)

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding leader with the commitment and determination to deliver educational excellence and realise the vision and Christian values of the Trust.

Our ambition is to attract like-minded primary schools whilst retaining the community values we care about. The CEO will develop robust strategies for the growth and development of the Trust, whilst implementing programmes to raise standards of school, pupil and staff performance. Leading a Trust wide teaching and learning strategy and business operations, you will have substantial recent leadership experience demonstrating success in achieving and sustaining school improvement.

You will be a strategic thinker, have strong inter-personal skills and sound judgement to make decisions, building a positive culture empowering, motivating and inspiring others. A clear understanding of the current educational landscape will ensure the Trust is progressive, whilst maintaining the ethos and a caring community.
