Higher Level Teaching Assistant - SEND and Behaviour
Withymoor Primary is a two-form entry school with capacity for 420 pupils from Reception to Year 6. We also have a Governor-led Pre-school on site. We are working hard to build on our successes, to raise standards further and ensure our pupils are happy and motivated to be the best they can be.
We are lucky to have children that are well-behaved, polite and keen to learn, and parents and carers who are extremely supportive. We are all here for our pupils and have a shared goal to give them the very best experience and education we can.
Hours: 32.5 per week
Salary: Grade 7
The Headteacher and Governors would like to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who has proven skills in supporting children with SEND, a sound understanding of how SEMH can impact on children’s behaviour, and experience of using effective strategies to support children with complex needs. The position is 32.5 hours a week, to start from September 2021, or earlier, if possible.
