Family & Multi-agency Liaison Co-ordinator (Safeguarding Responsibilities)
Location: Mary Elliot School, Leamore Lane, Walsall. WS2 7NR
Accountable to: Federation Assistant Headteacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Term time + 1 week
Salary: G6 (scp 15-23), Actual salary £20, 882 – £24, 534

This role will provide broad pastoral support to the safeguarding and leadership teams. You will manage a case load of children and young people that are open to external support services, and have statutory process ongoing, such as Child Protection and Child in Need plans. You will be a key part of the school’s Safeguarding Team, and take the role as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Mary Elliot School is a specialist setting in Walsall providing education to young people at Key Stages 3 and 4, and 16-19 provision, all of whom have a variety of SEND complexities. The post holder will be joining our vibrant team as we move forward with mission to provide excellence in nurturing, developing and shaping young lives. Mary Elliot is part a collaborative, supportive and progressive federation. The post holder may be required to work on other federation sites as part of the site management team.
