The role of Director of Learning and Development is a hugely significant one for the Trust as this role will directly support the Executive Director of School Improvement to develop and implement the Trust’s school improvement model and associated curriculum framework. We hope, therefore, to appoint a suitably ambitious and experienced leader to this post.

In addition to an impressive track record of school improvement, you will have superb leadership skills and the credibility to motivate and empower others. You will have a clear vision for how coordinated professional development at all levels can support the achievement of improvement in teaching quality and improved pupil outcomes across all Trust schools.

Your work will also help to identify and support future leaders and curriculum and pedagogy experts.
