We wish to appoint someone with unwavering positivity, and an outstanding track record in the leadership and management of school business and operations. The successful candidate will be ambitious for the school and its learners, committed to the development of environment, self and others; and will be ready and motivated for an exciting new challenge. This role will provide you with the opportunity to combine your advanced level of knowledge, skills and operational understanding with our free-thinking, ambitious, and strategic school development vision.

The successful candidate will be part of a well-established senior leadership team who value the role of School Business Manager immensely. They will be supported throughout and given the space to ‘think outside the box’. The current arrangements for finance, premises and health and safety are stringent and of a high-quality, and we would love to utilise the experience of a new Business Manager to refine, improve and introduce new strategies to make our school as operationally excellent as possible.

We are prepared to discuss the role as a part-time (4 days a week) position (salary to be paid pro rata), should there be candidates who do not require a full-time position.

Hours: 37 per week (would also consider 4 days a week part time appointment)/39 weeks per annum (to include 5 INSET days)

Salary: Grade 10, points 32 – 35 

Location: Quarry Bank Primary School, High Street, Quarry Bank, Brierley Hill, DY5 2AD
