The Role
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed Class Teacher and Maths Specialist. The successful candidate will be an excellent class teacher as well as a specialist with a passion for Maths. We are looking for someone who can provide an exciting, high quality and innovative teaching and learning experience for our pupils, as well as being able to lead and develop Maths across the school.
Key Requirements
Wolvey CofE Primary School is a friendly and diverse, one-form entry school, with approximately 180 pupils on roll. Since federating in 2018, the school has embarked on an exciting and progressive school improvement journey and this is now the perfect time for a new teacher to launch their career as part of our passionate team.
You need to be committed to educating children in the widest sense and to the highest standard; to be able to champion teamwork, have a can-do attitude with a good sense of humour and be prepared to go that extra mile.
In turn, we can offer you:
•Great facilities to create a vibrant, stimulating learning environment.
•An opportunity for you to put your mark on an exciting and rapidly improving community school and contribute to the development of our school.
•A supportive leadership team who will encourage innovation and initiative.
•A wide support network due to our school federation with The Revel CofE Primary, developing exceptional practice and offering excellent CDP.
•If you feel you have all the necessary attributes, are highly motivated, dedicated to making a positive difference to children’s lives and want to be part of creating a legacy for the future - apply now! We look forward to receiving your application.
