The Role
The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective Early Years Educator to join us in our Nurture Nursery team which is committed to supporting the academy in providing the best possible standards for our community.
Our @Outstanding’ (OFSTED 2016) Nurture Nursery team works closely with parents and carers to ensure that children get the best start in life.
We are looking to appoint a committed Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to really make a difference to children’s lives.
The successful applicant will be able to relate well to parents and carers and engage them in their children’s learning and other services within the community.
Key Requirements
You should:
•Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Year’s
•Have GCSE pass/ equivalent or working towards in English
•Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in an Early Year’s setting
Have sound knowledge of safeguarding requirements
•Have knowledge and understanding of planning and implementing the Early Year’s Foundation Stage (EYFS)
•Have good verbal, listening and communication skills
•Have good organisational skills with the ability to take direction but also work collaboratively as part of a team.
•Be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
