ACTUAL SALARY £20,352 (pro rata based on 45.08 weeks)

We require a dynamic Operational Office Manager to join the team here at Oldfields Hall Middle School.
The role will suit someone who has a proven track record of leading a team and providing all round support to a senior leadership team; someone who is adaptable, can multi task and is a creative thinker and solution focused.
Previous school experience is preferred but not essential and we welcome transferable expertise and experience gained in other settings.
The role calls for confidence in interaction with colleagues, governors, parents, pupils and the wider community and an all-round “can do” approach.
This is a very varied position – and will encompass payroll and elements of day to day HR function, together with clerking for the Local Governing Body of Oldfields Hall Middle School.
Oldfields Hall Middle School is a popular school based in Uttoxeter with 526 pupils on role from Year 5 to Year 8; striving to provide the best possible education for its pupils.
