Shenstone Lodge is a successful split site school for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.  The Brades Lodge site is situated in Oldbury , educating and supporting KS3 and KS4  students. 

Shenstone Lodge School joined The Manor Hall Academy Trust on 1^st July 2020. 

To support an exciting period of growth we are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support the educational and pastoral needs of our Secondary age students. In an environment that is both stimulating and supportive the successful candidate will need to be a team player as well as being able to use their own initiative.

You will be calm under pressure, resilient, confident, curriculum aware and have experience of successfully managing and supporting older students who can exhibit behaviours that challenge.  

We are looking for a dedicated and inspired individual who can contribute to our journey towards outstanding.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role

HOURS: 32.5 Hours per week, term time + 5 inset days

GRADE:  ​Grade 6 (£20,903 - £23,541 pro-rata per annum - Actual Salary is £15,792 - £17,785
