Shenstone Lodge is a successful split site school for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.  The Brades Lodge  site is situated in Oldbury , educating and supporting  KS3 and KS4  students. 

Shenstone Lodge School  joined The Manor Hall Academy Trust on 1^st July 2020. 

To support an exciting period of growth we are looking to appoint a Well Being Support Team Officer  to support the educational, behavioural  and pastoral needs of our Secondary  age students, in an environment that is both stimulating and supportive.  The successful candidate will need to be a team player as well as being able to use their own initiative to  successfully manage students who exhibit behaviours that challenge.

You will be calm under pressure, resilient, confident, curriculum aware  and   have experience of successfully managing and supporting older students proactively, and in some instances reactively.  You will be able to deescalate volatile situations to ensure that students engagement in learning is maximised.

We are looking for a dedicated and inspired individual who can contribute to our journey towards outstanding.

HOURS: 37 Hours per week, term time + 5 inset days

GRADE: ​Grade 7  (£23541 - £27041 pro-rata, per annum - Actual salary is £20,248 - £23,258

LOCATION: The Brades Lodge, Lower City Road, Tividale, Oldbury B69 2HA
