Our highly valued Headteacher has retired and we are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader for our successful, dynamic and innovative nursery school.

The nursery school is located in a beautiful park within a culturally diverse community and has developed a long established reputation delivering effective integrated early years’ services.

Following our last Ofsted inspection we were judged to be outstanding.

Services include a maintained nursery school incorporating Time for Two’s alongside funded places for 3 and 4 year olds, full daycare, provision for children with additional needs, family support, and well developed partnerships with health and social care.

In addition, we provide support and training to colleagues both from with the Midlands and nationally.

 

Hours: Full time

Salary: Leadership scale (13 to 19)

We require someone who is:

  • An outstanding early years practitioner with vision and the ability to communicate this effectively in order to engage parents, governors and partner agencies.
  • Committed to delivering high quality education for young children and their families within a multi-agency context.
  • Committed to supporting children and families in an inclusive way and improving outcomes for young children.
  • Experienced, reflective, knowledgeable and an effective leader and manager.

Interviews: Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19 May 2021
