Senior Support Officer
The Organisational Development Team is a highly engaged and supportive team who play a key role in supporting the organisation to create the right environment and culture to enable our people to be the best they can be. About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Support Officer who will work closely with our fantastic Organisation Development Practitioners and Senior Support Officer to deliver Our People Strategy activities and initiatives.
The successful candidate will take a lead support role in helping to promote and deliver initiatives linked to our wellbeing and healthy lifestyles programmes as well as supporting other areas of our work.
We are looking for someone who is: -
- passionate about culture change and equipping people to bring their best selves to work.
- well organised and can prioritise and work on their own initiative.
- comfortable with interpreting and analysing information and facts and providing recommendations to solve problems.
- able to communicate a variety of information in person and/or in writing to a range of people.
You will be offered support and opportunities to develop but will need to be proactive and able to work with purpose and energy to ensure the role provides measurable impact.
An understanding of the wellbeing agenda is desirable but not essential.
