Teacher in Charge of Mill Lodge Complex Needs Autism ARP TLR 2 Group 2 - NOR 210 plus 30 place part-time FS1 Required September 2021 start. We are looking for a specialist, experienced, dedicated teacher to lead our brand new Additionally Resourced Provision for complex needs Autism. We are seeking to employ an experienced primary teacher with expertise in supporting pupils, with a range of additional needs, particularly ASD. The ARP lead will manage and lead a team of learning support staff and share; support, advice and strong SEND knowledge. The lead will liaise with the senior leadership team and establish the ARP to ensure it meets the needs of each pupil. Mill Lodge Primary School is a ‘happy and friendly school’ with a talented, hardworking and supportive staff. We were graded as ‘Good’ during the Ofsted visit (July 2018).
