Title: Building Control Surveyor

Salary: £29,577-£33,782 Per Annum

We are looking for a dynamic and professional full time 37h/PW Building control surveyor to join our team.
You will need to have great attention to detail, have the ability to balance enforcing the building regulations with giving quality advice and helping the service users achieve their goals.
You will need to be conversant with the relevant legislation, as you will be carrying out site inspections and plan appraisals for proposals through the Building Control process from the pre-application stage, through to completion on site. You will also assist with the other activities such as enforcement, dangerous structures and street naming and numbering.
Membership of RICS, CABE, CIOB or equivalent and relevant degree is desirable as well as previous in-house or external building control experience.
A Current valid driving licence is essential.
