School Leader Nuneaton – Required as soon as possible

Values Academy is a charity which runs independent schools for young people aged 11-19 in Birmingham and Nuneaton. Our mission is to improve quality of life for young people through values based education. Since 2009 we have been supporting pupils who have special educational needs, emotional, behavioural and social difficulties to achieve academic results while learning the values needed to build a career and become independent adults.

Values Academy is looking to appoint a on a permanent basis School Leader who will be responsible for the day to day management of Nuneaton school and will support a team of learning mentors to use best practice when managing behaviour and pastoral care within our school.

This post is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, plus training days across the academic year.

The ideal candidate will set high professional standards for both staff and students and be highly organised and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and will report to the School Principal.
