Pershore short breaks - Support Worker Vacancies

Salary: £18.562 – £18,933 pro-rata

Do you want to make a difference to someone's life? Do you have the enthusiasm and passion to enhance the lives of the individuals we support? You will need to flexible, sensitive, use your own initiative, as well as having a can-do attitude. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic and experienced team and working a rotating shift pattern over 7 days.

Pershore Short Breaks is a service that offers respite to individuals who have a learning and physical disability. We are regulated and inspected by CQC from whom we currently have a rating of good.

If you're ready for a challenge and want to be part of an exciting, changing and expanding workplace where we offer a comprehensive and specialist training package, pay, and leave entitlements which are good then this is the post for you.

We currently have 2 part time support worker posts. 1, 22-hour post and 1, 11-hour post.

We would look at permanent appointments, however if you want to gain experience in a different area, then we would consider secondments.
