Social Care Worker

 

 

Salary: £22,183 - £24,491 (based on a 37 hours per week contract)

Location: x 2 Parkside, Bromsgrove (37 hour per week)

                 X1 County Hall, Worcester (22.5 hours per week)

 

Are you a passionate Social Care Worker with a strong interest in working with people with learning disabilities, their families and the services they access?

 

The Community Learning Disabilities Teams work closely with health colleagues and provides a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting people with Learning Disabilities throughout Worcestershire. Adopting the 3C’s model, the team work in a creative and collaborative way with the people they support to provide person centred support and access to services.

 

With a commitment to improving the lives of others, in conjunction with working within a supportive team, this is just a start, we can also offer you:
