Salary: £25,481 - £28,672 

Location: County Hall (37 hours per week)

 

Are you a qualified and experienced Social Worker with a strong interest in working with people with learning disabilities, their families and the services they access?

The Community Learning Disabilities Teams work closely with health colleagues and provides a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting people with Learning Disabilities throughout Worcestershire. Adopting the 3C’s model, the team work in a creative and collaborative way with the people they support to provide person centred support and access to services.
