We are delighted to advertise an excellent opportunity to join The Faber Catholic Primary School, which  is  a  small village primary school situated in the village  of  Cotton, in the stunning countryside  of  the  Staffordshire Moorlands.  It  currently has  65  students  on roll and  is  one  of  15  schools working  within The  Painsley  Catholic  Academy.  The school  has  a  very  positive  ethos  where  staff, pupils, parents and parish work well together.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, outstanding class teacher, who has energy and enthusiasm to take a first step into leadership and make a significant contribution to the school. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a mixed-aged setting as a member of a highly successful, supportive and outstanding Multi-Academy from September 2021.

The successful candidate will be an exemplary teacher, sharing excellence and expertise in the development of the school, be an effective communicator and have a commitment to maintaining and raising standards. There is a strong commitment to continuing professional development and all our teachers benefit from a well-structured induction programme.
