It is an exciting time at Delves Federation, we are continuing to expand our provision to appoint an additional pastoral mentor. This new role will involve working primarily at Delves Infant and Nursery School to enhance our outstanding programme of nurture and support. It will also involve working directly with parents and outside agencies to support attendance.

We are an Attachment and Trauma Beacon School and are part of the Mental Health Support Teams Project.  This means we deliver high quality training and support to all of our staff and offer support to other settings.

We are looking to appoint a member of staff who is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of children. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have proven experience of working with children and parents.  We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure pupils have the very best support in order to fulfil their potential and develop strong self-belief.
