One full time 36.5 hrs and one Part time position of 18.25 hours per week, working a shift pattern to include days, nights and weekends as required.

Careline provides a 24 x 7 x 365 days a year emergency technology enabled care service to around 15 thousand vulnerable citizens across Birmingham.
To answer potential emergency alarm calls from technology devices, interrogating the caller and data available to identify if emergency help is required. Making calls to emergency services to request a response, contacting family, nok or friends etc.
 

 

  • Maintaining all records in compliance with data protection and the GDPR procedure.
  • Answering customer queries, completing assessments and making of appointments for installation or repairs.
  • Organisation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible work approach
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Good use of initiative

Knowledge and previous experience of the TEC industry (technology enabled care) would be desirable.
