Pastoral Lead - Arc School, Ansley, Warwickshire
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Pastoral Lead at Arc School Ansley, an independent special school for children with autism and SEMH needs.
As Pastoral Lead you will:
- Support the vision and strategic direction of Arc School Ansley by providing outstanding pastoral care that reduces barriers to learning.
- Enable outstanding progress and attainment by ensuring that attendance of all pupil groups is good and takes into account their needs and experiences.
- Lead the pastoral care of all pupil groups through the promotion and co-ordination of effective teamwork leading to high standards
- Be accountable to the Senior Leadership Team for the safety and attendance of learners within Arc School Ansley.

Arc School Ansley is part of the Kedleston Group and opened in 2014.
We are an independent specialist day school in Ansley, a lovely small village, for children and young people aged between 11 and 17.
Our experienced team is dedicated to providing outstanding education to children and young people a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition, who may have many associated needs such as; social, emotional and mental health needs, communication needs and cognition and learning needs.
Many of our young people have experienced significant difficulties in mainstream school as a result of their associated social, emotional and mental health difficulties. We support our children and young people through specialist teaching and intervention including a range of therapeutic supports.
