Sixth Form Lead

The Role

This position has a teaching commitment of 0.6 with 0.4 management time. As Sixth Form Lead you will work closely with the Head Teacher and other members of the senior leadership team to lead on the operational day-to-day management of the Sixth Form Hub site located on Drayton Avenue, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 9LD in addition to overseeing the accreditation outcomes for all Secondary students.

Key Requirements

This position will require someone with special school experience. We are seeking to appoint highly skilled and motivated practitioners, with excellent teaching skills.
We are looking for a middle leader with a track record of outstanding teaching.

Candidates will possess the ability to share their practice, work with a positive and optimistic outlook and drive forward improvements.
