We are looking to recruit an experienced administrative professional to join our small and busy team as a full time Support Services Officer.
The post holder will be required to assist with the provision of an efficient and effective administration service across the council and as such will undertake a variety of administrative functions, including land and registry searches, print and post, mail merge letters and dealing with phone and email enquiries from external customers.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of computers, particularly Word and Excel and will have attention to detail. Candidates should be educated to Level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework and should have a commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
