Temporary Assistant IT Technician

The Role

37.0 Hours per Week

Fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

The IT Support department are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, on a temporary contract for up to 12 months.

Key Requirements

Working as part of a small, busy team, you will provide first and second line IT support to staff and students across the school. You will record support requests in the IT ticketing system, troubleshoot and fix hardware and software issues, and perform basic user account maintenance using Active Directory.

Additional Information & How to Apply

Previous experience is not essential as training will be provided, but you should have a keen interest in IT and providing excellent customer service.
