The prime function of the ICT Support Manager is to ensure that the school’s ICT Network and facilities are correctly supported and maintained to improve the quality of ICT provision available to students and staff.
We are highly aspirational and welcome the chance to bring really skilled and committed new members to our team. We are seeking to appoint a confident, experienced ICT Systems Manager who has excellent computer skills and a full understanding of servers and networking and is passionate about school improvement and giving all of our pupils the best tools they can to succeed in life. Experience of School MIS would be an advantage. Our staff are committed, skilled and hardworking, and are looking for someone to inspire them further by managing a highly active IT office and develop the School’s systems and management of its resources.
This role is integral to our vibrant and growing school. It encompasses both management and technical support for all ICT related issues in school, including classroom devices, large number of tablets and laptops on home - school loan, photocopiers and printers, visualisers and associated software and systems.
You will need to plan your time carefully in order to meticulously manage and account for a large number of ICT devices, keeping them safe and in good working order.
