Grade 5 (SCP 14 – 19)
£23,080 - £25,481 per annum
37 hours per week

Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as part of a team of conservation and planning professionals.
Just 13 miles from Birmingham, Bromsgrove District and Redditch Borough play an important role in planning in the West Midlands. We are looking for someone to play a key supporting role in producing new local plans for the areas. The job involves a wide range of planning and graphic related tasks the key one being producing planning policy documents including maps, plans and display materials. Working with planning officers you will also be using GIS software to help analyse planning data.
The successful candidate will need experience of relevant software for the design and production of high-quality documents. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills are essential. Some planning knowledge would be beneficial although not essential.
