An opportunity has arisen within Housing Maintenance for a Multitasked Operative – Plasterer to carry out a wide range of works to its housing stock.
The successful applicant will be required to have knowledge and relevant experience in undertaking a range of plastering repairs and associated maintenance tasks.
The successful applicant will have an NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent), and be familiar with traditional and modern plastering techniques.
Relevant knowledge of Health and Safety requirements relevant to this type of work and a Full Driving Licence are essential for this post. You must also have knowledge of regulations pertinent to this type of work (i.e.COSHH regulations).
You must have a commitment to customer care along with excellent communication skills in order to liaise with Tenants.
Experience in a range of associated maintenance repairs and skills is desirable to this role.
