Ridgeway Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic, adaptable and successful SEN Learning Support Assistant to support a child with an EHCP in Year 3 with Downs Syndrome.

The post will be a minimum of 17.5 hours during the morning session over 5 days.

Candidates should:

• Experience of working with pupils with limited communication skills and high levels of energy.
• Hold a minimum of NVQ L2 Qualification or equivalent;
• Some experience of using Makaton is essential;
• Some experience of working with children with Downs Syndrome would be desirable;
