Holy Trinity CE Primary Academy is a small friendly school situated in a quiet area of Handsworth. In January 2019 we joined BDMAT (Birmingham Diocesan Multi Academy Trust). We wish to appoint an innovative and inspirational, individual who puts children’s learning at the centre of everything and is able to support our pupils and staff in reaching their full potential. The successful candidate will lead and develop both our broader curriculum and English across the school.
The role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated leader to work as part of our strategic leadership team in the next phase of our journey to ensure: Our children develop independent curiosity, acquire a life-long appetite for learning and become well-rounded individuals who achieve their full potential, both personally and academically
We are looking for someone who:
Is an excellent classroom teacher who has the ability to inspire and innovate
Has a proven track record in successfully leading and developing a subject
Is committed to school improvement and raising standards
Has a strong knowledge of both the English and the broader curriculum
Is able to develop our curriculum to spark pupil’s imagination and desire for learning
Is committed to developing children’s well-being and self esteem
Is able to work well in teams
