Contract: Permanent Salary: Band C £20,092-£23,080 pro rata (actual salary £17,533-£20,140) Working hours: 37 hours (Mon-Thurs 08.30-16.30, Fri 08.30-16.00) Working pattern: 40 weeks (Term time and INSETS plus 1 week) Starting: ASAP Closing date for applications: 20th April 2021 Valley Primary School is a happy, vibrant school. We are seeking to appoint a HR and Stakeholder Liaison Lead who will join us and be instrumental in moving the school forward. We are looking for a very organised individual to work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Business Manager to provide HR support for the school and play a key role in stakeholder liaison. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with good people skills as liaison with parents and other parties is an integral part of this role. The successful candidate will also need to be resilient, hard-working, flexible and possess good computer skills alongside the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a rapidly improving school. The ability to work as part of a team is important. We also hope the candidate will be enthusiastic and caring. We offer full support and an induction programme for all new staff, and a commitment to continued professional development. Previous experience or an interest in HR, a Customer Services role or a PA role would be an advantage.
