Warwickshire is an attractive place to live, work and visit. It is a thriving county with real strengths: a strong and growing economy, vibrant towns and villages, good standards of education and skills, and a track record of innovative public services. Warwickshire is an internationally renowned county that is home to some of the UK’s most established businesses, as well as thousands of thriving small enterprises.
One of our core strengths is children’s and adults’ services, where we are recognised for high quality services and ensuring the best outcomes for residents. Located at the heart of the UK, Warwickshire enjoys superb links to the rest of the country through its proximity to the national motorway network and growing local rail network.
Following promotion of the previous postholder, we are looking for a talented leader who is customer focused, collaborative, flexible and evidence driven to join our well established Adult Social Care Delivery Team as Service Manager – Older People.

They must be motivated by improvement and have a strength-based person-centred approach to delivering the Care Act 2014. Experience in managing large diverse teams and budgets is essential too, as this will enable you and us to create a ‘Best Warwickshire’.
